All apartments are divided into small houses of different colors, so that a building never comprises more than 30 units. Each unit has an outdoor area (terrace + garden, loggia or balcony). Completion is scheduled for December 2024/January 2025, meaning that the rental apartments will be available from 01.02.2025.
