We know that the credit check is as exciting as a Friday night tax return. But don't worry, with eugen! this process will be more pleasant than ever!
Because the credit check is an important part and ensures that you really only rent an apartment that matches your financial possibilities.

Your own creditworthiness can be easily verified with eugen! About 1 hour after your personal viewing appointment, you will receive a message in your inbox asking if you are seriously interested in renting the apartment. If yes, it is necessary to prove your creditworthiness.

First, you will need to indicate when you would like to move in, how many main tenants and people will be moving in, and who, if any, will be represented by guarantors. Then choose your preferred option:

- Express Check: Digital credit check with FINcredible (eugen!'s recommendation)
With the input of your information of your bank account - as you know it from online orders - and your confirmation for the check, within less than three minutes the so-called rent debit rate, conspicuous chargebacks and your identity is checked based on your salary account. The result is a confirmation that does not reveal your salary or anything else, but confirms that you meet the financial requirements for the rental.

- Manual check: The good old document upload
If you're a fan of retro methods, you can also upload your credit history documents manually. Grab your most recent pay stubs (the three most recent pay stubs), your ID card, and your registration slip and upload them to our upload portal. But be careful: only complete, up-to-date documents will be accepted! We are not interested in half-measures, unless they are donuts - they are always welcome.

Liked the apartment? Continue to the online credit check – bye, bye annoying paperwork! Using a daily bank account check without salary disclosure, easy within three minutes. Alternatively, you can upload your personal documents manually.

The owner has agreed to the rental agreement – from this point on, the process will continue quickly, and no additional appointments are needed. Simply open the rental agreement, have your ID ready and sign it electronically. It’s really that easy!
