The apartment is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen with high-quality AEG appliances (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob).
Matt oak cashmere strip parquet flooring is laid in the living rooms and bedrooms, and ivory-colored porcelain stoneware in the wet rooms.

Each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating/cooling, which is switched in the system in spring and fall and allows the apartments to switch from heating to cooling. This is controlled via the room thermostat in the apartment. An additional electric radiator is available for heating during the transitional period.

If desired, a storage room in the basement can be rented for EUR 20 plus VAT / month or an underground parking space for a flat-rate rent of EUR 120 / month.

The property management charges an one-off gross service fee of € 240.
