All apartments are divided into various colorful small houses, so that no building has more than 30 units. Each unit has an outdoor area (terrace + garden, loggia, or balcony). The house was completed in December 2024/January 2025. The exact room layout, outdoor areas, and orientation can be found in the respective floor plan.
All units are equipped with oak parquet flooring and a modern white fitted kitchen with dark gray countertops, including a ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and sink. The wet rooms (bathroom/toilet) are equipped with timeless tiles and a towel radiator; all other details (shower/bathtub/toilet) can be found on the floor plan. Privacy and sun protection through external blinds is included for most windows (east/south/west) and can be seen on the respective plan.

The 63A bus stops directly on Wildgartenallee and takes around 15-20 minutes to the U4 station “Meidlinger Hauptstraße” and the U6 station “Niederhofstraße”. The nearest S-Bahn stations are “Atzgersdorf” (S2, S3) and Hetzendorf (S2, S3) - a separate, new “Wildgarten” station is already being planned.
