All apartments are divided into small houses of different colors, so that a building never comprises more than 30 units. Each unit has an outdoor area (terrace + garden, loggia or balcony). Completion is scheduled for December 2024/January 2025, meaning that the rental apartments will be available from 01.02.2025. The exact room layout, outdoor areas and orientation can be found in the respective floor plans.
All units are fitted with oak parquet flooring and a modern white fitted kitchen with dark gray worktop including ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and sink. The wet rooms (bathroom/WC) are fitted with timeless tiles and a towel radiator, everything else (shower/bathtub/WC) can be found on the floor plan.
